摘要:
心理契约违背是影响员工与企业关系的重要因素。在中国本土文化环境下成长起来的民营企业, 其心理契约违背与员工的工作压力、工作热情以及离职倾向之间存在较强的相关性。民营企业中的心理契约存在三个维度:交易维度, 发展维度以及关系维度。其中交易维度与关系维度的违背与员工的工作热情、离职倾向均有显著相关, 交易维度的违背同员工的工作压力呈显著相关。
Abstract:
The influence of breach of psychological contract on the relationship between employee and enterprise is very important. The relationship between breach of psychological contract and working stress, working enthusiasm, demission tendency is strong in the Chinese private enterprises. There are three dimensions in the psychological contract of private enterprises (transactional dimension, developing dimension, relative dimension). The relationship between the breach of transactional dimension, the breach of relative dimension and working enthusiasm, demission tendency is very strong. The breach of transactional dimension and working stress are closely connected.
