摘要:
如何实现企业绩效的持续增长是资源型上市公司面临的现实问题。研究表明,高管持股对企业绩效有显著正向影响,并且技术创新在两者之间起到中介作用。因此,建立一套行之有效的高管股权激励计划,可以增强资源型上市公司的技术创新能力,进而有效提高企业绩效。
Abstract:
The resource-based listed companies are facing a practical proble which is how to realize sustainable growth of corporate performance. The results show that top managers’ stockholding has a significant positive effect on corporate performance, and that technological innovation partly mediates the relationship between them. Therefore,effective executive equity incentive plan can enhance the ability of technological innovation,and then improve corporate performance of resource-based listed companies.
